最近、私はもの凄く今回のタイトルの言葉を思う事が多い
独立をして、もちろん色々な人と出会う事が出来るし
息子達とも会う時間は増えた（店でも会えるし）
通常のリーマンなら時間帯的にすれ違いが有るかもしれない
ましてや職場に家族は呼べない！
私自身も１０年以上リーマンをしていました（自転車業界で）
でも、何時も考えていた事は、
たとえば、リーマンだった頃の水曜日
あと二日で休みだ！何処の山へ行こうかなぁ～ （スノーボードの事とか）
高速で行くより下道で行こうかﾅｧ～・・・・etc
今では、自転車のデザイン、お客様への対応、車両選び、
パンクをより速くかつしっかりと直す････etc
それプラス、クレーム処理、怒鳴り込んで入って来るお客様や
前までは逃げ場所が有りましたが、今は自分がTopでやっている以上
逃げ場は無い！
でもそれが楽しくて新鮮で、今までとは違った感覚で苦に成らない
ｽﾄﾚｽﾜﾀﾏﾙｾﾞ（－－；
それが昨日ダウンヒルマシンにピンストを入れる依頼を頂き
思い出した！
依頼を頂けたお客様は
100ん～十万するダウンヒルマシンで全国を転々とレースに出ている
目がイキイキしている！
多分給料のほとんどがレース資金に成っているんだなぁ～（しかも若い）
以前まで自分もそうだった！
趣味を越えて、スポンサーまで付く位やっていたんだ!!!
バイクにしてもスノーにしても
趣味！
私は良く中間が無いOnかOffしか無いと、前の会社の社長に言われていましたが
その通だった！
独立してから、バイクもスノーも自転車もサーフィン何も一切していない
遊びですらしていない これではﾀﾞﾒだ！
いつか仕事に影響してくると
自分がパンクする！
自分のスタンスに戻ろう
仕事のスタンスは今まで、もしくは上に
家庭も勿論
ただ間に趣味を入れようと思います
そうする事によって
ストレス発散にも健康にも仕事にも
アイデアもいっぱい出てきそう！
色んな事に今まで以上にレベルUpできそう
仕事は楽しい！
でも今、無い物に気づきました。
